The Delhi Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (DIHM), erstwhile Food Craft Institute, was established in 1983 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in association with the Government of Delhi as Food Craft Institute (Polytechnic) for training in trades & crafts in hotel & catering operations.
The Institute made a humble beginning from a portion of the Polytechnic building at Kashmere Gate, Delhi . Subsequently the Institute moved into its present.......
